As per the feedback, Many of the Airtel Digital TV customers are still facing issues after the recent implementation of TRAI new rules for DTH.
Majority of the complaints are regarding the non-implementation of new channels that users have selected as per new regulations.

My customer ID is 3009156953 on AIRTEL DTH. I am trying to opt new bundle of packs since January 2019 after announcement from TRAI. We are trying on Airtel app and also as instructed on TV on channel no. 998 (send SMS on 8130881308 date 12th February 2019). We have not got new tariff plans activated. Then we have search Airtel DTH customer care numbers on internet. We have tried 18001028080, 18001036065, 18605006500 and 05224448080, but no number is working. We have also tried on mail 121@airtel.in but again not working. I have previous working pack till 16 May 2019 but still the channels which were previously working are also blocked (even free channels), while my balance is reducing day by day. I also need technical person visit at home, but don’t know how I will contact to Airtel. I feel cheated as Airtel have charged for a year and withdraw some services and we have no way to contact him. Please guide us.
