The app is currently supporting only Smartphones with Android OS v4.1 and above or iOS v 9.0.1 and above for Android Phones. The Smartphone needs to be GSM phone and must have a valid IMEI no.

If you are using Android smartphone follow the below steps for Jio 4gVoice App Download

• Download Jio4gVoice App from Google Play store
• After downloading you need to configure it using a Jio SIM
• If you are using a 4G phone you can insert the Jio SIM for autoconfiguration
• If you are using a JioFi device with Jio Sim, you can configure any 2G/3G/4G smartphone with it
• Once you have configured the app, the phone number of Jio SIM will become the phone number of the app and you can start using it

• After downloading you need to configure it using a Jio SIM
