I am from Pune.I have a pre paid SIM No.73856*****. I had recharged this on 14th April 2020 for Rs.49. After that no calls were made till today. Suddenly message came yesterday that balance is Rs.9 and odd paise Today 10th May, this balance is ending. Give valid reasons for deductions. If you are hungry of money, appeal, beg, before public, we will give you .But donot rob money this way I called your customer care, but there is no option of pressing for complaints towards deduction or to talk to your so called executives. Reverse the charges and extend the validity for further 28 days.
